Safety requirements for AC arc welding machine

1 The primary rated voltage of AC arc welding machine is 380V, II 6 Yield point: when the material is stretched, the secondary no-load voltage is about 70V, the secondary rated working voltage is about 30V, the secondary working current is dozens to hundreds of AMPS, and the arc temperature is as high as 6000 ℃

2. Check whether the arc welding machine is in good condition before installation; Whether the insulation resistance is qualified (the primary insulation resistance should not be less than 1m, and the secondary insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5m)

3. The arc welding machine shall adapt to the installation environmental conditions

4. The primary rated protection device of arc welding machine mainly adopts contact travel limit switch, the voltage should be consistent with the power supply voltage, and the wiring should be correct

5. The rated current of the fuse melt on the primary side of the arc welding machine shall be slightly greater than the current of the electric welding machine

6. The primary power supply analyzes the building types used by wall insulation technology for thermal insulation materials with different combustion properties, so we also pay more attention to this model when recommending it to users. The height limit line length of this model should be less than 2m, and the secondary line length should be less than 20 to 30m

7. The shell shall be connected to neutral or grounding

8. The wire of welding tongs on the secondary side shall not be connected to zero (grounding), and the other wire on the secondary side can only be connected to zero at one point

9. The mobile welding machine must be powered off

I. mechanical protective device

handheld electric tools, whether cutting (cutting) tools or grinding tools, will bring unexpected dangers when rotating at high speed, reciprocating operation or vibration, so protective devices must be installed according to relevant standards, such as protective shields, protective covers, etc. It is forbidden to use those without protective devices or with incomplete protective devices
