6. Park the vehicle according to the specified loading and unloading space, turn off the engine, brake the vehicle stably, and pad triangle wood if there is a slope. Vehicle air pressure is lower than 4 Do not start at 5kg/cm2

7. All valves on the tank car must be reliable, and it is forbidden to hit and knock when opening and closing the valve

8. The anti-static grounding must be contacted reliably. Connect the grounding wire first and then the oil pipe. Remove the oil pipe first and then the grounding wire

9. After the vehicle enters the plant, the vehicle is not allowed to leave. The driver and the escort must follow the command of the operator and closely cooperate with the loading and unloading

10. During loading, the driver or escort must always have one person on the roof to monitor the liquid level. Full but in some cases, the reproducibility is poor. After loading, the oil tanker must have 5% safety space, and the gas tanker must have 20% safety space

11. It is not allowed to sample while loading, and it is not allowed to use non explosion-proof flashlight and iron flashlight. If there is oil stored at the roof rail after loading, clean it before starting

12. After loading the oil, the loading and unloading personnel must observe the detection concentration of the combustible gas alarm and confirm that it is under the safe value before starting the vehicle

13. When the vehicle is loading oil, another vehicle enters. It must stop at the designated place and wait. It can enter the loading platform only when it is commanded to enter by the operator. When multiple vehicles are loaded with oil at the same time, the accuracy of parameter testing is generally required in various experimental specifications at present to be no less than 1/3 of the error allowed by the experimental conditions. The vehicle that is filled first must be started with the consent of the operator

14. If the vehicle is already loaded with fuel, the driver must inform the name and nature of the fuel on the vehicle. It can only be loaded after it is determined that there will be no reaction and approved. If the name of the loaded oil is unclear, the nature is unknown or higher than the normal temperature, loading is not allowed

15. Vehicles with faults affecting safe driving, broken exhaust funnel, unreliable battery contact, and high heat of brake hub are not allowed to enter the factory

16. It is not allowed to repair and wash the vehicle in the factory. If it is impossible to repair under special circumstances, it can be carried out after approval
